Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 -5 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). During busy periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
UK Delivery We offer free delivery on purchases over £50 for UK orders. Estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days once dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by destination:
- Europe: Estimated 5 - 10 business days — £14.99
- Rest of World: Estimated 10 - 15 business days — £23.99
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays, which are outside our control.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or cover these costs.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. For lost orders, please allow 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as delays can occur.
